To evaluate your needs, establish an awareness of the deep torso muscles and create a foundation in the technique, we recommend a one-on-one introductory session followed by a minimum of five privates. This allows us to build a program especially for you. Continue the introductory session with any of the following session options:

Work out with a friend or we can match you up with a similar level client

spacer Group sessions
Joins us in regularly scheduled classes of 4-5 people led by an instructor.

spacer Uninstructed
Follow your own customized workout without an instructor. 40 hours of instruction required as a prerequisite to uninstructed sessions.

All sessions are approximately one hour in length.
